Haringey council always seems to have some spare cash for £800-a-day consultants and senior officers busy "achieving excellence" etc. So hearing, "We have no money for that, councillor", I tend to say "Have you looked down the sofa?"
But it seems that stash is now well and truly cleaned out.

As if it wasn't enough to have roadworks, snarled-up traffic and a rainy August !
Tottenham Hale residents also have to walk past yet another pile of stinking rubbish at someone's favourite dumping corner.
I asked Haringey's Enforcement Team if they can take a look at the bags and maybe get evidence of who this came from.
