10 felt sheets of 20 x 30 cm at 4€79 (no brand),
bought in rural part of Normandy (so absolutely no "parisian" reason to make climb prices for any "chic" city reasons/marketing concept)

into what we call here a no brand "bazar" (I think it's what you call a dollar store in USA, if I well understood) where everything is cheap (in theory, lol) and no brands at all.

Mum offered it to me (to make felt dolls), as staying at home all day long without the perspective of only ONE job, ONE craft course (as I already tempted to give crafts courses in the region here with the special french pay-checks "emploi-services", but nobody contacted me, even if I was an art educator during 6 years of my life in schools for kids and teens in northern suburbs part of Paris in sensible zone,
what does mean I've got professionnal experience and knowledges about this job,

as I've got an art-littéraire baccalauréat,

the Ecole du Louvre test probatoire (=good general culture),

has got professionnal certificate of adult visual art educator,

even if french journalists told that I promoted american scrapbooking thanks to my artwork,

american people find my pressbook very positive)

So impossible for people from my popular social class to buy crafts (which comes from worksmen area as in "popular arts", it is "popular" word inside) supplies, so much there are at insane prices, as you can notice.

And it is felt with no brand, so imagine what it can be, about craft which have got brands.

Could you stay at home all day long, without doing nothing, with always what you desire in the vitrine,
but knowing you'll never be able to get it???

I don't speak about professionnal commercial documents I read 2 or 3 years ago or so, which talked about the fact that the only commercial target was women from very high social class from over 40/50 years old.

I was very surprised, as with my family, we always practiced crafts in family, into my worksmen social class from generations to generations,

and so, we always started it from very little age, even my grandpa, so no specially only women.

I'm so very surprised to see that the people who transmitted crafts from centuries are excluded like that, from a day to the tomorrow.

- I met people who take me in their crafts stores to make demos but never paid me.
- I met people who refused to give me job contracts.
- I met people who refused to give me wage for this job.
- I met people who wanted of me I make plagiarism of netsurfers artwork for their medias things to what I said no.
- I met people who laughed at me and about my artwork,
when they saw my portfolio and my resume,
said of it I was an unable, a mad, a lazy, and a "mignonne" one,
- I met people who wanted I gave them my ideas for free in order they gave it to their friends who received wage for working and told me it always was like that in this professionnal area and had to accept it or to stay away of it,
so I refused such conditions.
- I received very hard words from people who pretended to be professionnals, who "ordered" me to stop crafts and scrapbooking, sending me dozens and dozens of anonymous no polite/thrilling messages on my blog, private e-mail, craft gallery etc to forbid me to practice my pleasure...
- And it is only an apéritif of what I met these last years...

When some people say you it is "very easy" to become an artist :
don't trust.

Moreover it isn't easy at all,
but you'll met people really not kind at all, very jealous,
"just" because your several years of very very hard work lead you to some few positive things/results.

Glory doesn't interest me at all.
It doesn't interest me to see my head in very big everywhere.

I just want to be happy, and just want happiness for my family,
like every people on earth.

My family believed several times to lose me definitively,
cause of epilepsy (I lost my memory during months, and so,
since then,
I did more than 5 years of very hard work to re-find all my abilities until then),
as noone explained them what it was exactly,
so realize my dreams is for me an achievement.

So if one day something very serious would still arrive in my life,
I could say :
I did my best,
I took life at 400%,
so no regrets.

I've got feet on earth.
Even if my eyes look to the sky & stars, to forget my problems...

I just wanted to realize my dreams, to feel good in myself.
Because I think that when we don't go to the end of our goals,
our life isn't very complete.

I met people very hard,
who always were judging,
criticizing,
never helping,
putting the finger on you.

I went on of my problems alone.
I learnt every of I know alone.

I just like to say merci to american people who saved the lifes of my maternal grand-parents without making any differences, without making intolerance,
as my granny is german and people never were very kind with her, still today,

as my grand-parents saved life of people themselves too,

I'd like to tell merci to netsurfers who taught me new things these last years,
who supported me and my family on a moral plan during hard times of job seeking,
as mum is telling to you it helped us a lot to know we weren't totally alone,
even if internet isn't the same than a real presence,

but everyday we know you're here,

so voilà : MERCI.

because my former job was at the end of its contract on the one hand, and because people absolutely had no respect for people of my social conditions on the other hand.

I live in a region (Normandie) where it is sinistred for jobs and economy.

Since more 20 years or so (I was 11 years old and didn't live there at this period), firms close their doors the one after the others,
or to close definitively because charges are too high to maintain jobs and economic status,
or because some of them took every economic & financial help to make benefits on the back of the region and its employees, before to close and go away in other regions, other countries, and still do it again and go on go on go on etc,

until entire families are ruined, tired, exhausted, stressed, sick, live in the very not dignity part of life in very difficult conditions.

When all such people went on to increase prices during years, making big benefits when people of my generations were at school to study differents things with the very big hope to get a job (what a lot of our teachers told us, that if we studied very hard, we'd get a job automatically : hem hem, merci for all the lies, I was one of the most serious/scholar gal in my classes, with 136 of I.Q., and now, with a BAC+2, I'm a long time job seeker, ahahah, very good joke. Even if I prefer Jerry Lewis and Eddy Murphy from my point of view).

What I see, from my very little point of view of young woman of 31 year old, it is :

- that with all money raised thanks to all these giant benefits such people did :

- NO JOBS, NO NEW JOBS, NO ADULTS TRAINING FORMATION HAVE BEEN CREATED OR EASY TO GET.

3 years I ask for a formation to learn a new job, and noone want to give me one, because it ask too much money.

Or I won't be here to tell you MY story, eheheh, i'll be at work, question of good sense... rotfl

So, just a question :
where go all this money raised,
if it isn't for creating NEW jobs,
to relaunch the economy,
to create formation to allow people like my fiancé and me learn new jobs,

Me, whatta see from my very little point of view of woman of 31 years old,

it is that from one hand,
you've got a zillions of consumers who can't buy products so much their wages never climb so high the products do,

and one the other hand,
you've got zillions of products who are never sold, so much their prices are fixed TOO MUCH HIGH.

So a question very simple :

where go all these products???

Isn't it A WASTE???

Is it a real benefit in a whole,
to put at the destruction zillions of products not sold due to too high price which could have been sold to zillions consumers at a normal one???

Question of good sense.

And at school, people laughed at me because they said I was a dummy in mathematics...

Hem hem hem.

Whatta see, from my very little point of view of young woman of 31 years old,

it is that to eat very bad products from very cheap markets :

- give sicknesses,

- allergies
(did you know that it was "cochenille" (cochineal) mixed skin insect in food/candies, to make them RED??? It gives "urticaire" (scratches). Human beings really need to eat insects mixed skins, without knowing it??? ;
did you know that bifidus actif is done with "glande de veau broyée" (= calf gland crushed) ; did you know that some "nature yogurts" contained "pig" etc etc etc???)

- fat problems

etc etc etc...

With so much lies done, how can we still trust???

All that I know, from my very little point of view of woman of 31 years old,

it is that gasoline is at the same price or cheapest than some food from our everyday life,
than before food was always cheapest than gasoline,

that now, we can't everyday what we want/need,

that now,
mummy is obliged to make her own garden to have real tasty fresh vegetables,

that now,
we are obliged to make our own bread, so much the one we buy is disgusting and full of industrial ingredients not good for health,

that now,
everything is a good reason to make the prices climb,

that now,
everything is a good reason to lie,

that now,
maybe I'll never become a mother,
because I have no money in the pocket,

because some people prefer to play with the food by speculating on it without thinking to the consequences it can have on the whole world...

What I see,
it is that my family and me have health problems because prices are so high,
that we can't have a good alimentation well balanced,

that, as a people with epilepsy,
neurological sickness with lack of magnesium, saline solutions and phosphore,
without a good alimentation,
my health will have serious consequences.

that my mum is always obliged to make privations.

All that I wanted,
it was to be happy,
have a job,
to be a good mum,
marry to my fiancé,
and have our own house.

But as you can see,
it's the kind of things which are not allowed to people of my social class :
the worksmen one.
