Ah ben coudonc!

Click HERE for the socks and HERE for the bag.
Top: 100% cotton. Thrifted. Size MT (Medium Tall) Label: St, Johns Bay (JCPenney).
Trousers: Polyester, rayon and spandex. Thrifted. Size 8. Label: East 5th. (JCPenney).
Socks: Hot Sox from Legs Beautiful. Standard size. They stretch like crazy.
Bag: CBC Shop.
I mention the sizes in the description only to illustrate why, technically, I dress in drag most of the time. The sizes, styles, variety, value and fit of clothing just isn't available for me except in clothing made for women. It's not a transgender or transvestite issue and I'm very much not gay. It's practicality and fashion. It feels comfortable and I think it looks OK.
But it took me ages to overcome a totally unreasonable inhibition about buying and wearing clothing made to be marketed for women. I expound further on this silliness in the description under the Hot Sox picture.
Talking of straight or gay, my unfortunate pose here is because I was dancing and air-conducting to "Hallelujah" being sung by kd lang. (Really, honestly, I'm not gay - not that there's anything wrong with that.) :-)

This is the bag I was wearing in the other picture.
My clothing almost never has pockets, so I carry a shoulder bag. This one is my absolute favourite. It's just a simple canvas pouch, no compartments except one small inside key pocket. That's scary at first but after a while you get used to it and can fish anything out of it without looking.
I love it because I enjoy CBC Radio and because it reminds me of my dear departed Mary, who did a lot of her acting for the CBC. I miss her more now than ever and STILL can't yet bring myself to listen to the tape she gave me of her prize-winning broadcast. Her voice was unique. Rich and beautiful with a little chuckle hidden in it no matter what she was saying.
I bought the bag at the CBC shop.
