Bon nombre de personnes sont stressées et cela a plusieurs raisons. En effet, les tensions au travail sont l’ une des premières causes du stress parce que l’on doit toujours travailler. Ce qui crée le surmenage.

what makes up a man....
the small parts that fit together that make the whole?
or what holds everything together?
what is holding you together?
what is stopping you from cracking under the pressure?

... a photo montage: the background is a shot of my hand on cracked concrete in my yard... gazing on a dying butterfly... it was my birthday 2 years ago. The shots of me were taken about a month ago while I was in this same mode -- drained, exhausted, overwhelmed, struggling to keep going. This is the extreme of what can happen under too much stress... all it takes is one bolt... one strike... to crack the ground upon which you stand... and it can break you... split you into pieces... threaten to kill your butterfly spirit...)
"...When I move
You move with me
I feed off you
You feast on me
And what I see
You can not see
That when I move
You move with me
Where's this small
dead hand that creeps me
I am biting it to its very bone
Collapsing with everything new on me
until it gets so very old
And what I see
You can not see
That when I move
You move with me
There is this third body
spinning fast
reducing me
into a relapse
with its crippled flaps
slow motion dims
sweetly parasited
by butterfly wings
And what I see
You can not see
That when I move
You move with me
All that is old is new again
(To be) each other spies
we're condemned
Everything is everywhere
The butterfly effect
And what I see
You can not see
I will have to kill you
Before you kill me
Everything is everywhere
The butterfly effect..."
